Disney’s new Fantasyland at Walt Disney World in Orlando will be fully open on December 6th featuring two new areas that will double the current size of Fantasyland: the Enchanted Forest and Storybook Circus. Storybook Circus with the new Dumbo Ride and Barnstormer (a Goofy based coaster) is already open. The Enchanted Forest will open next week.
The image above was taken just outside Beast’s Castle in the Enchanted Forest a few weeks ago.

Another one from Disney’s Yacht and Beach Club. I photographed this the same day I captured the corridor at the Yacht and Beach Club Convention Center. I was drawn to the texture in the chairs and the symmetry. Sometimes it’s the simple things that draw you in.

I am not sure which of the two alligator photos I prefer. I love the intense concentration on the face of this alligator here.
I almost did not post this as I felt there was quite a bit of cross over between the two images in terms of subject and mood. That said, I like this image the more I look at it.

This may look like a UFO as a thumbnail. But it is actually the fountain at Lake Eola in Orlando, Florida.
I took several captures of this one with the 70-200 2.8L 4 images were used to create this final composite. Three were used for tonmapping, then the sky was edited/cleaned up and another image was used for compositing the water.
